Many bay area dimsum restaurant have stopped doing it for many years. The food is ok. The dimsum is good. Price wise I think is comparable with other dimsum...
Dim sum lunch is always crowded, regular service at dinner always has space because it is massive (the type of Chinese restaurant people have weddings at).

Dim sum at lunch is good, although they sell out of deserts fast. Favorites are the ssiu mai and salted egg buns & pork wrapped in tofu skin.

For dinner, their soup of the day is solid and I always have to get the chicken and snow pea greens in fish broth. Cant really go wrong with...
Ambiance is ok, casual style dimsum for friends/meetup. Prices are ok.

Food:
Congee w/ preserved egg and pork: too much preserved egg, barely any congee. Not much pork. Might as well order the plain congee unless you love preserved egg

Chinese donut rice noodle roll (d10): on the sweet soy sauce side rather than savory. 7/10

Shumai was 2/10

Chicken feet 8/10

Steamed tofu skin...
