Food was cold and flavor wasn't great. Fries were the worst I've had in a long time

Been here a few times. Unfortunately, the quality is like a roller coaster ride with its ups and downs. The first time it was excellent, the ingredients were fresh. The second time, it was terrible with the rice bowl tasting a bit stale. Probably they refrigerate the ingredients and use them. The chicken shawarma had a weird taste. I had a queasy feeling resulting in a stomach upset. After a few days, I tried this place one more time only because I like their menu. Poor quality again. Will not recommend.

Best Mediterranean place in the Bay Area. I always get the vegetarian falafel bowl, it comes with lentil soup. I get the falafel separately so it remains fresh and crunchy. The quantity served is good. Can omit some items from the bowl if you dislike.

Solid Chipotle-style, Mediterranean fast food. Portions can be hit or miss, and it’s not as flavorful as its competitors from my experience, but it’s still worth the price at a great location. Also the lentil soup is a nice touch.
Ordered the falafel in the Sajj wrap. Portions were generous and the service was on point. Will come back.

The perfect Mediterranean place to have lunch. They are wide range of healthy and tasty bowls, wraps and salads.serving size is pretty good .we ordered falafel bowl and chicken salad. I also enjoyed their tamarind drink. It had the perfect zing of tanginess, sourness, and sweetness. They serve with complimentary lentil soup. Will visit again for sure !

No complaints. Generous sized portions, the server was willing to put on some extra feta cheese for me! Food is also flavourful. I liked the soup that it came with

I absolutely loved this place. I love middle eastern food in general, so I have a pretty high bar, and these guys did pretty well. I was working in the coffee shop next door and was feeling hungry, so I came here for lunch without researching much about the place, and I was very pleasantly surprised. I had the rice bowl with chicken Shawarma and falafel. It’s a chipotle concept where you choose all your topics as you go along, and finally you pay for what you got. They have all the standard toppings that you get in the middle eastern place, but what stood for me was the fried cauliflower and eggplant. They were decedent and extremely flavourful, and I haven’t seen them in other places. Also, they’re not stingy with that toppings or sauces. You can ask them to put more if you want, and they will happily do that. Also, everything tastes extremely fresh. The fact made the falafel fresh in front of me. When I went to the counter to pay, I was very pleasantly surprised by the fact that they gave me a lentils soup for free. In fact, they give out lentils soup with all the orders, which is such a nice gesture. The soup itself was pretty tasty. There is plenty of seating indoors, but you can also sit outside and do people watching if you prefer. The quantity of food is quite generous, but the price is pretty high as well. But given the fact that it is Bay area, you kind of expect the prices to be as high as they were. I enjoyed everything and I will definitely be back again.
Vegetarian options: You can have just as tasty, vegan bowl as any meat bowl. I personally love the falafel bowl.

Healthy Mediterranean food. Ordered the Chicken Shawarma on salad. I recommend light on the source (specially thahine). It was excellent. The Garlic sauce was garlic though and I loved it. Also recommend etc tomato salad instead of red cabbage.

I had never been before and what a pleasant surprise, the food was excellent, Dalila's attention was amazing, she explained each ingredient to us in detail and she helped us make a delicious combination! I highly recommend it for its delicious food and service.
