We just visited Sifu Wong Kitchen. We ordered Kung Pao chicken, Shrimp and chicken egg rolls, and Salted Egg Buns. The Kung Pao chicken had way too much sichuan pepper and made my tongue numb, the egg rolls were tasty, and the Salted Egg buns were little parcels of heaven. However, just after polishing off the salted egg buns, I noticed a dead fly in the salted egg buns container. They waived the charges for that dish, however seeing the dead fly left a bad taste in our mouth, we won’t be returning.

My new discovery of a dim sum place in Sunnyvale, CA. Quite close to my ATF which is Saigon Hongkong Dimsum just across the street. The restaurant is attached to a hotel, but it deserves its sole excellent spot of delicious and hot dimsum. My only reserve is that the restaurant doesn't have either an ordering app nor touring carts for us to pick up the dimsum. The menu is now on a piece of paper without even a picture. The food is great. Dimsum needs to be hot, and this place delivers them. I have yet tried the popular crab dishes that were reviewed and pictured. One day soon then.

If you are looking for a place to get good dim sum and Chinese food, try Sifu Wong. In the weekends, make sure to get here early or make sure you plan to put your name on the waitlist. The dim sum is always good and consistent. Check for the specials. We’ve had $29 garlic whole crab and it was pretty good. Our daughter loves the XLB, baked pork bun and the salted egg bun as well. I always order the roasted duck. Larger parties are no problem here. This is located at the Ramada Hotel in Santa Clara. Try this place out and you won’t be disappointed.

It was nice to have a lunch menu set. The chicken feet and dim sum dishes were good, and the overall food was delicious, so I think it's good for group gatherings.

It can accommodate more than 100 people indoors and has outdoor tables, making it a great place to dine.

The hotel is clean inside and provides good overall service.

Service was inadequate. Bus person doesn't know how to prebus. Food is mediocre. Spent $80 for two. Their recommended gratuity is based on subtotal. Paying gratuity on food and city tax is unacceptable imo. Not worth a second visit. There are better places in the South Bay.

Good tasty dim sum that was freshly cooked. I liked the chilli sauce as well. The dumplings were not so refined on the size and couldn't be eaten in one bite. The XLB's were dry, so a little disappointing.

We went at 10am on a Saturday and were the first people in. By 10:45am it was full. Price was reasonable but not very transparent.

Wheelchair accessibility: Good accessibility, plenty of room.

The food was okay. Everything was pretty salty and service is typical Chinese.

Service is fantastic, they will run to check on your order.

More importantly, much more available seating compared to Saigon Harbor Dim Sum across the main street. Beautiful outdoor seating too!

The waitress who works in the front desk is unhappy and unwilling to help customers at all.

Food was okay, pretty average. Peking duck wasn't worthwhile, skin was not crispy and the buns they used were dry. The Lychee shrimp ball was unique though! And Black Buns with salted egg Yolk was good!

Always heard good things about this place and we finally made it here. Came here after going to California Great America cause we needed good food afterwards before heading home. I think it was less than 2 miles. There were plenty of parking so don't worry about that. The restaurant is on the dim side but not dim like a romantic place. It has a pretty good size bar also. The food was excellent, very flavorful. We ordered the yang Chau chow fan which had some good size shrimps. The Mongolian beef was so tender. My son wanted the Spring beans with ground pork which was a surprise to me how delicious it came out to be. The bbq pork was good and soft too. But omg the black bun with salted egg for dessert was out of this world. Found a tip that you have to pull it apart fast otherwise the runny salted egg yolk will leak onto the table. Would definitely come back for more.
