Parking: Lot is small and getting in and out is a little challenging at times, especially since food delivery drivers sometimes stop in the middle of the lot but not in a designated parking stall, and get out and run in to pick up the food - very rude. But I still go there regularly because the service is so great.

We ordered pickup on Super Bowl Sunday (obviously a busy pickup day).
Our order was wrong. No fries or slaw with the tenders, despite them being supposedly included. We also did not get the boneless Cali BBQ wings we ordered (we did a split 20 piece wings order with half this and half bone-in buffalo). We were given lemon garlic bone-in wings. Too lemony, and not what we ordered!
Also, there is no option for a non-spicy BBQ sauce on the side.
So, 2/3 of the items we ordered were wrong.

The chicken is delicious, and the variety of dips is great. The garlic wings are amazing! For a fast food place, it's a great one. Much better than chick-fil-a.

Food: 4.5/5 This is the best chicken ever. It was so juicy ugh and so crispy too. It is hard to get chicken right. Only complaint is fries could have a bit more seasoning. Coleslaw was very good and crunchy and the drinks were also very unique and healthy.
