This Starbird Chicken is a standalone shop on a busy street and it seems to be a smaller location compared to the other ones I had been to. They do have a small private parking lot though, so it is convenient. I came on a weekday afternoon, so there was plenty of parking. The employees were friendly and helpful as well. Started out loving Starbird, but over time they have just gone downhill. First they got rid of the tacos. Then the sandwich size got cut in half (for the same price, mind you). Then they stopped putting pimento cheese on the Nashville Hot fries and at that point I had to call it quits. What an absolute death spiral of cost cutting. To top it all off, you have to place the order yourself on a kiosk screen (nobody acknowledges you when you arrive or makes an effort to man the register)...read full review

I was very impressed with my first Starbird chicken experience! It has intrigued me since I laid eyes on the location at SFO terminal 1.
