I asked for a light roast coffee. Judith ignored me. I asked again. Same. She goes and pours a pike place. I said I need a light not medium. Then she says we don't have light roast. I have been going to Starbucks everyday and this is the treatment I get? No apology, no empathy! This is unacceptable. Also, they keep wasting cups by doubling cups saying coffee is hot! Thats what sleeves are for!
She was very happy chatting with the guy in Spanish but I guess my fault was I can't speak Spanish.

The service is fast and the staff is very nice, very friendly. They have plenty of non coffee options, and different kinds of food. Even the little kids can find something they like here. They could use a few more chairs for their outdoor seating.
Every time I go to this location. I dd a mobile order around 4pm. It seems they don’t read the sticker. My latte never has any flavor and pretty sure it’s always made with whole instead of oat milk which is a problem cause I’m lactose intolerant. Last time I come to this spot.
