I miss their store manager, Jessica! Seems lately I'm getting behind people who are placing large complicated order (like 5 or more) or people who are gabbing in line, not paying attention and then have no idea what to order. Folks, please be courteous to the others around you.
I upped it to 4 stars. Yes, it's a typical Starbucks, but it's my preferred Starbucks. I walk there usually every weekend for some caffeine. Generally it's a well-run establishment and the staff have been almost always accommodating to me. I forgot one time that I didn't have enough money on my app and ordered a size that was too big for my balance...they covered it. I offered to pay the difference or change sizes and they covered it.
