My wife went to pick up an order from herself and our daughter and I, mind you our daughter gets an extra one for her friend so there’s 4 drinks in total, she ask for a cup holder when “Antern” (something like that) handed her a 2 cup holder, she ask for the 4 cup holder and he makes what I think it was an out of line comment saying “huh interesting”. It doesn’t matter how many drinks you think one person is going to have or not is none of your business, in your case you should’ve just said, “yes ma’am no problem” an nothing would’ve happened but here you go Antern please do better!!

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been, the service is terrible. The stuff there is very rude and they choose to ignore you. they are the reason why people chose online ordering, when tech and AI replacing their job and they would be like upset about it.

I’ve been here a couple times. The Starbucks itself is quite nice. Most of the staff have been nice. But one guy mopping up late was rude as I was packing up. He snapped at me because it was technically past 9 as I quickly went to use the restroom. Don’t wanna judge, but that kind of behavior doesn’t help retain customers. Especially since I was sincerely trying to respect the hours of the store and told him in advance I knew closing time was 9. It just felt unnecessary.

It's one of the older Starbucks in the area and it's location is perfect, because you will always find a parking spot and can pull in from all kinds of directions. Sitting outside doesn’t feel very comfortable, especially with the gas station right next to it. The staff is very friendly and pretty fast.

I came here early morning order my regular i ask a raw sugar a chinese guy name heiu throw me the sugar by the counter he is so rude and aguing he said he is the manager in charge ange give me bad attitude. Dude if you have bad night dont go to work

Extremely disappointed i ordered light ice and received a warm drink with no ice and had to throw it out. Second time this has happened at this location. Wasted 14$ here. I will not be returning. Making a complaint to the corporate office.

Sandwich tastes good but a bit small. Need to get a bagel to complete the meal. The cup lip is quite easy to get loosed, need to be careful when drinking the tea.
