I put in a review two days ago.. appears gone! Laughing as that is so very interesting..This store seems to have a lot of people behind the register but I can tell you the focus is not those in the store waiting to order drinks. Yeah When I kindly asked, i dealt w a be gruntled employee. Then, I enjoy making my coffee w sugar and creamer. None to be found- since when do I have to go back and wait another 5 minutes to get some sugar and cream from behind counter. I like to mix my own coffee!! But more importantly, why is it not accessible to me anymore when I’m paying four bucks for a small cup of coffee. Also, I don’t blame the employees working. They’re working hard and doing their best. I tried to call the manager and there was no one to answer the phone and no message to be left. I see from these reviews, you are to send feedback to some random email. Go somewhere else- I felt like a two year old.

Whenever I visit this location, I never had a problem in the past. But recently, I don't know what's going on, but the employees take forever to make a drink. I would order an iced coffee, and it would literally take about 20 to 30 minutes to make, which is unacceptable. Today, I go in super early, and there are only two people working. I don't even get acknowledged, and I'm waiting at the front of the register to get served. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave. Please work on this location; it's a great spot and very accessible to the freeway.

One of the only locations that still has Reserve beans. Looked fairly busy when I dropped in to pick up mid-morning. I usually don't get anything else here so I can't speak to the service times, however I usually don't get an acknowledgement or even eye contact when I pick up my order.

Terrible wait for mobile orders and they don't update the wait times. Waited 30 mins for a short latte.

Usually when I go to this Starbucks I order through the mobile app. Today I thought I would order in person but that was the wrong choice. First the person taking my order did not seem very nice and did not even bother to repeat my order. I had to order another thing as he didn't hear that I wanted two of one thing. This seemed to annoy him even though the miscommunication could have been resolved if he repeated my order. I've been to this location many times and I've always had some type of problem whether it's in person or on the app(with the app my drink taking forever). When my drink was wrong I didn't bother to try and tell them as I can tell the guy who took my order was annoyed already with me. I'm going to be going to a different location now because of this and past visits
If you are in absolutely no rush and have no plans for the rest of the week this is the Starbucks for you! Come order your drink and wait 30 mins for a latte with five - seven people working behind the counter. Hopefully you won’t want to order a second drink or some after thought food - you might need to start blocking dates out for following month.
