I was told I could not order an ice water because I did not make a purchase. Little did they know that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars already this year. Won’t be going back.

I don’t know any other eating establishment that would deny a person water. It just lacks common decency for a basic human need.

The way you get passed up for regulars is crazy. My order was sitting on the other side of the counter while the employees had stopped everything and talked about life.

No seating, no restrooms. The patio umbrellas on their patio definitely make it look like they have seating, which is pretty frustrating. I would not have ordered ahead if I realized it was a fake out.

In Starbucks, I ordered strawberry frappachino. It was very tasty and refreshing. On Christmas, they give many cheap deals for many delicious treats.

Very disappointed in the most simple coffee I wanted to order it was a Cortado, but it looks more like a hot soupy mess. I burnt my tongue. A Cortado is not supposed to taste or look or feel like that. I am very disappointed not recommended.

It’s very rare you come across employees who genuinely care about their job ! Called with a question and the team member was so kind and helpful! She not only explained but gave a suggestion for next time. It’s the little things especially to someone that has been having a bad day , these small interactions really make the difference!

I’m very disappointed with the service at this location. I came to buy two packs of coffee as a gift using my gift card, and when they scanned it, their computer froze. After that, the balance showed zero. They couldn’t scan it again, and without any apology, they simply told me to call customer service. So now, because of their mistake, I have to waste my time, and I wasn’t able to get the coffee I intended to buy. Very frustrating.
