I usually hate starbucks, but whoever made my brown sugar shaken espresso, that was the best thing i’ve had from starbucks in years. 10/10.

I’m very disappointed with the service at this location. I came to buy two packs of coffee as a gift using my gift card, and when they scanned it, their computer froze. After that, the balance showed zero. They couldn’t scan it again, and without any apology, they simply told me to call customer service. So now, because of their mistake, I have to waste my time, and I wasn’t able to get the coffee I intended to buy. Very frustrating.

there was a two little girl working on Saturday morning. They are not serving properly to the customer is a very bad attitude. I never had any bad experience like this before any other Starbucks location. I am sure they're gonna lose a lot of business if they are continuing this kind of service they are refused to serve the water

This Starbucks is small but efficient! Service was quick and easy, with the staff smiling and welcoming throughout. They promptly prepared my spinach feta egg wrap and chestnut praline latte, which were both perfect.
As expected in the evening, croissants and some other items were sold out, but that's no surprise. The cozy space has subtle lighting, but there's no seating, so it's more of a grab-and-go spot. Great for a quick stop!

The attitude of the 9/17 afternoon shift employee is awful. Picked up my drink and need a straw and nobody cares about me. Saw they were busy and don't wanna interrupt them so I just stood there waiting for them to ask me. Finally a girl TOSSED a straw on the counter and I said thanks you've got me but she was like I was nonexistent. Went three times in the morning every time the employee there were all passionate about their jobs with warm greetings to you. I guess this time they just had a bad day.

Awful location for anyone going to sit for a minute or two... You can stand outside to your heart's content on the side of the building under nicely placed umbrellas. Do not sit on the wall or put down your bag, the area has mice ?
