I place online order for the #3 the monster and oven roasted turkey & ham. After I picked it up and back home, found out in the Monster, there is no bacon at all and only two slice of steak, I didn’t add any cheese but there is cheese inside. It isn’t what I ordered at all. For one roasted turkey & ham, only 3slice turkey and 1slice ham, which is absolutely not normal. Also when I picked up, the guy in the store thrower away my receipt in purpose. Overall, please avoid this subway.

Should have read the reviews before coming - they did not take the coupon I got in mail. Coupon did say participating store only to be fair, but I am disappointed to not get a coupon deal.

Turned back once saying doesn’t accept coupons.Turned back second time at 3pm saying he was on break - though the store “open” sign outside was glowing!!Don’t go here

Don't go here. Came here a year ago, guy searched mine and my friends' bags because he thought we stole a drink. He didn't have a search warrant or permission and refused service unless he searched our bags. Went in today, the same guy denied service for no reason. We came in at 2 PM (that's supposed to be store hours). Thanks man

They don't accept mail coupons though they come in the mail. I live near it, but will not return. I had heard from a friend that the employees are rude there and got to experience how rude the guy was. When I tried to hand him the coupon he said 'I told you before that we don't take those' -- this was my first time going to this shop. I gave the guy a confused look and then left. From then I go to another Subway.

Awesome customer service , quick and efficient. Everyone working here is always smiling , they greet you and the small talk is very nice and warm . I always go this location to get my lunch or dinner . I recommend this location . It’s neat and clean and very efficient.

I recommend 100% this subway. Excellent attention from the employees, cordial greeting and very friendly. The store is very clean, the food is excellently presented and the sandwiches are prepared with great professionalism. The employees wear gloves all the time and the ingredients look fresh. Best sandwich I recommend.

Not operating under the hours that they advertise. I’ve attempted to order here on 3 separate occasions, each time arriving about 1-2 hours before closing and the door is always locked and the same guy has waved me off each time.If your hours have changed, fine. But make sure you update your information to reflect that, not be rude and act inconvenienced when someone wants to make a purchase in your store.There is a great location with nice/helpful employees right down the street at 605 el Camino and I suggest everyone just go there.

I come often for lunch during work and always had a pleasant experience with the workers. They are very kind and ask how I’m doing or other things. Some customers do act rude but they always treat them with respect. Very professional .

Doesn't accept coupons, was very quiet at 1:30 on a Friday. There's another Subway 5 minutes down the El Camino in Sunnyvale that does accept coupons but they don't have pastrami. This one was well-stocked on pastrami and other meats but was out of sourdough bread.
