Absolutely worst customer service. There are two staff members, both extremely rude and racist. So what if I asked to add some more onions on my sandwich, which had all about 4-5 strands of onions, They literally threatened to cancel my sandwich, at this point I asked them to cancel and I left. They told me I should come into the store and pay cash (huh??) and then order whatever I wanted, really? Absolutely ridiculous customer service. In fact, the guy also said that now (referring me, which I didn’t even consider at this point) I’m going to put a review for their restaurant, 110% I will now that he himself said it, at this point they had the audacity to tell me to my face that, this is what Indians do, really? wow subway slow claps!! The guy also had the audacity to tell me, the next time I come, he will make me delete the review before getting me my order. Well, I get that restaurants reserve the right to serve anyone they want to. But, this kind of attitude for little extra onions and sauce ? I felt highly discriminated at this place, Is this how you treat your customers? Absolutely disastrous. I’ve been eating from subway since a while now, I ordered just two three days ago, always dealt with welcoming staff.

Today I placed an order for the foot long Sub. I mentioned in the instructions that cut into 2 pieces and pack it separately, they didn’t do it. I ask them to add extra sauce into it, they didn’t add it. I ask them to add salt, pepper and subkrinch, they didn’t added it. Very disgusting.

They say it’s 24 hours subway and stop taking subway promotions saying that subway won’t give them promotions in midnight I don’t understand what kind of subway they are running maybe subway should look into it…bad customer service

Don't trust their timings. They say they're open until 12am but will stop taking orders at 1115pm. Had thishappen to me so i went in and the guy in the front was so rude. Never coming back here again

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff was extremely rude when I simply asked for a little mustard and chipotle sauce. Instead of accommodating a small request, they outright denied it with a bad attitude. Customer service should be about making people feel welcome, not turning them away over something so minor. Definitely not coming back here again!
