Nancy, a sandwich artist and/or manager (don't really know), she helped me with answering my question of whether I could use my coupon of 2 footlong subs for $12.99 on the #4 Supreme Meats, which a different subway location told me that #4 costs extra and coupon wouldn't work.She also continued to ask if I had a coupon for a free cookie since I was buying 1 cookie with my subs anyways. I didn't want to ask or bring it up as I had been told by that other different subway location that I couldn't stack 2 coupons or more. Nancy clarified it usually applies to 2 coupons of positive monetary value. So my free cookie coupon was acceptable at her location. Great service is all I've got to say.

I rarely write anything on google and yet this lady who works there deserve to give her the worst reviews and if there is zero or below zero I would definitely give it to her.FIRE HER.And beside the bad customer service there was no AC working in a hot day as if people are forced to not dine in and only take away.

This is a close location to my home. That is the good. The attitude of whoever that lady is working the front counter, is the bad.Even when placing a mobile order. I usually do not have bad experiences with placing mobile orders. Very simple process...you place the order online, get the email receipt and show it when you get to the restaurant. For some reason, the lady at the front counter had an attitude problem. Because she couldn't read/see the name when I showed her my receipt. Luckily there was someone else working the counter who saw my email receipt and handed me my food. Please don't have people like working at your store.Two stars for location, ease of placing the order online. Not the attitude.

I did not want to make this but, I been to other locations and they make great soft melting cookies, but please someone send help at this location because 5 times I have been here and they burn the cookies or over bake them. I dont know if they understand how its suppose to be, its not a cracker . Other than that its great place for sandwiches.
