I would have give zero stars to the store but there aint such option so giving one. the ladies working here are extremely rude to the customers. The attitude of the lady is unacceptable. please don’t visit this store and waste your time or money there are so many other subways out there. The manager need to hire people right who knows how to act respectfully to the customers

Only giving them a 4 stars because they didn’t have cucumbers when I came to order my notoriously famous foot long tuna fish sandwich which goes a little something like this… Italian Herb n Cheese bread with provolone cheese, not toasted, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, bell peppers, and sometimes a little bit of olives… and to top it off mayo and chipotle sauce. And so you can see why I was a tad bit disappointed, but my sandwich was still fresh and delicious :)!!! I was treated right by the staff whom were patient with me while I was picking out my order. Thank you!!

WORST APP which takes payment but doesn't send orders through,WORST FRANCHISE (415 N Mary Ave, Sunnyvale) which takes no responsibility as "Subway",WORST ATTITUDE of don't-care-your-money-your-prob displayed by Gloria, who sends regular customers with valid order receipts away without taking any responsibility whatsoever.Sane people who want to keep their sanity should stay away from this place.

The door and the website said it closed at 9. The worker was still there but didn't let me in (door was unlocked) and just said it was closed quickly with no comment.

Clean. Wanted avocado and got a proper fresh one instead of the brown one she started cutting into. Been to places that would have just added the brown avocado so definitely a fresh welcome.
Subway is in general one of my favorite places to go for a quick yet delicious lunch and i had been to this place few times when i used to work around this area.However, each time i was left witha bad taste, not by the food but rude behavior. I tried to be extra polite as that often do good to improve interactions, but that did not help me in this place.I don’t want to put anything controversial and hence will refrain from putting anything more, but the staffs should be more courteous to ALL of their customers.

I celebrated my PhD yesterday in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that it was a marvelous evening and the restaurant was absolutely the reason for this strong meeting. The crew participated in a very nice way, the food was delicious and my buddies were so delighted. We shall surely visit again for more joyful events. thanks very much.
