The employee’s here are rude & stingy. I’ve NEVER been to a Subway that has ever told I couldn’t get more vegetables on my sub after them barley even putting any and a whole full container on them being right in front of me. I’ll never be back horrible service do better

I hate this location. Very stingy with portions. Came here twice and both times my sub was noticeably smaller than other Subway locations, even when I ordered double protein. Barely any vegetables too.
Just drive 3 more mins to other locations

Don’t visit this Subway. The worker was extremely stingy with the toppings; 3 pieces of spinach is laughable. The lettuce was also super yellow and not fresh at all. Finally, the prices advertised on the board are completely wrong. When confronted, the worker will deny wrongdoing by the store (I understand it’s the manager’s fault, not the cashier’s) and blame it on the computer system. You’ll still be forced to pay the higher price. This is actual fraud and the business shouldn’t be allowed to operate like this.

I generally like this location, but I’ve had some frustrating experiences with consistency. My go-to order is the footlong nachos. The first time I came in, I was able to add whatever toppings I wanted,no issues. On my second visit, I was told I could only choose from a limited selection: tomatoes, jalapeños, meat, and onions. Thankfully, the staff member made an exception and let me add sweet peppers since I don’t like most of the default toppings.

However, on my third visit, things got more frustrating. I asked for an extra bag of chips,she forgot to include it until I reminded her after the nachos were heated. Then, when I asked for sweet peppers again (just like the last time), I was told I could only get what comes standard on nachos. This felt inconsistent and unfair. If I can customize a sandwich any way I like, why can’t I do the same with nachos?

I gave the customer service three stars because I believe customer satisfaction should come first, especially for returning customers. Honestly, it feels like some staff members treat people differently, and that kind of bias leaves a bad impression.

Truth Integrity

Lately I’ve been craving Subway sandwich and today I decided to get one my experience here was a bit complicated due to Maria’s attitude. When it comes to customer service, it’s important to listen and Maria that she took my order kept rushing me and in the middle of my request is there anything else is there anything else? Is there anything else I had to cut her off and say that yes there is something else and there’s no need to continue to ask me if there’s anything else. I believe Maria has to work on her communication style and she has to learn patience with this job. I felt rushed and I was very unhappy with my order.

Employees appear to lie and tell you coupons don’t work here.Not sure what is in it for the employees… but coupons do work here. What they do is at the beginning of the order, they tell you coupons do work. Once your sandwiches are made, they tell you coupons don’t work for your sandwiches, for whatever reason.You just have to be very firm and refuse to pay until they turn the coupon scanner on. They’re also able to enter the code manually for you. It just depends on whether you run into an employee who tries to trick you or not.

I’ve been a repeat customer of this subway for almost 3 years now. Every single time I’ve brought in a coupon and it worked, either by scanning or employees entering the code.Today I ordered two subs and the employee claimed the coupon did not work. I told her to enter the code and she said that wasn’t possible.We tried scanning the coupon for 2 minutes and she tried to get us to pay full price for both. When I decided that we wouldn’t take them because the coupon is the only reason we would go to subway, she finally clicked a button that allowed the coupon scanner to work.The employee at this time was trying to scam us.Time: 8:00 PM May 7th 2024.Note for others: the coupon scanning machine will blink red when turned on. Don’t be gaslighted by this employee.
