I’ve been a customer many times, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I ordered a side tostada with carne asada, and what I received was a handful of chips, a sprinkle of cheese, half a cup of cold beans, and half a cup of rice. (it doesn't even come with rice)
It’s clear the proper ingredients weren’t available, but instead of informing me, someone decided to serve a completely different and frankly unacceptable substitute. That kind of decision shows a lack of respect for your customers.
This was genuinely shameful service, especially considering I tipped well on the order. I expect far better from a place I’ve supported repeatedly.

Super burrito is actually super underrated! Affordable, the price is at least on par with other places. The burrito was great, with a good mix of ingredients so eat bite felt hearty. I hate it when you bite into a burrito and it's all rice or even all meat because the fillings are spread poorly, not so here! Also the restroom here is clean and well kept, which I feel is often ignored as a part of a restaurant but is very important as a space for people to sit down and dine in.

3.8 Breakfast Chorizo (tastes home made - basic) 4.0 Super Asada Burrito (really flavorful hot, drop down in flavor if eaten cold unlike other burritos; overall its alright it matches the taste of Mexiqueña, but less greasy )
Edit: tried it again, the super asada burrito was a 4.25-4.5 wow, love that they have 5 different salsas (green avocado salsa, green tomatillo, red chipotle, red taqueria salsa, and orange-salsa-mayo sauce.
Edit: Hit or Miss. Chicken was not worth it. Do not get the Nacho Fries, they are so dry. I prefer Cato’s or Cheztacos
