My husband and I were lucky to have SV Cocina cater an event for our Indian/Salvadoran fusion wedding. We are not from the area and had a family member recommend this restaurant. Everything we tried at the restaurant was delicious, and our guests LOVED the pupusas at our event. Loved that there is so much variety for fillings, as we had some vegetarian options included. Karina was super helpful in coordinating everything and it turned out amazing!!!! :)

It wasn't to busy for my first visit so Im glad I got my food in a timely manner, I dont speak any other language other than the English I was taught in my own home but the staff understood what I wanted and they didnt dissapoint🥰 Its a Good Stop so y'all gotta make it!🙌🏾

Another happy family owned joint adding some humanity to the suburbs (it’s a bit of a struggle to perceive the Lawrence expressway as a human place), but this immigrant oasis does just that. There are options for pescatarians, though if you’re not used to Salvadoran food, it’s very easy to order pupusa stuffed with meat if you’re not careful! Try to ask ahead of time because I didn’t lay attention.
