The attendant asked me if I was a customer, I asked for the bathroom code and I even had to show my app that I was a customer. It's very rude to treat a customer like that. If it asks if you are a customer, then you shouldn't have to show the app.
Seating is terrible. Small tables packed side by side in front of the entrance with a cold breeze. No one cleans the tables. Take out it should be.

From San Jose to Berkeley, this is still my favorite sweetgreen location.

Salmon was horrible. Overcooked. They are deceptive in that they have a bunch of add on items like salmon for $7.95 or blue cheese for $1.50 but don’t label those items with a price. I’m not going back. It used to be better.

Food was ok, but I'm sad that this store seemed to have a much more limited range of ingredients compared to other locations I've visited. Also none of the premade bowl suggestions at this store really excited me.

I got completely different experience here compared to the one at mtv downtown, some of employee here definitely lack of proper training. The guy prepared my bowl today constantly moving the trash bin with his hand back and forth, then stick his thumb into my food, that’s so disgusting🤮. They ran out of sweet potato and asked me if I could do a replacement, I selected tofu but I just found out that they charged me extra money.
sweetgreen seems to be more than happy to deliver orders with less than half of the listed ingredients. Like, no one ordered a $20 bowl of breadcrumbs and a handful of broccoli florets.
I saw two people end up with this as their meal (clearly not what they ordered). Like what are they supposed to do, bake the world's saddest wish casserole with this or something? $40 down the drain. Those must be some premium breadcrumbs 🙄.

Used to be a big fan, but starting a few months ago they now nickel and dime you. Like if you just want to replace some of the quinoa in the hot honey chicken bowl with greens, they used to do it cause it’s easy and costs them nothing. Now they have to ring it up as a custom bowl, and the chicken, veg slaw, and warm sweet potatoes are all extra, so it ends up way more expensive. Seriously, sweet potatoes and coleslaw are “premium” toppings?
