I would like to draw management’s attention to the work of one of your employees, namely Nicolle R. She was rude and, for reasons I don’t understand, refused to mix my dish. She made up a story that this particular dish is not mixed, although I always order the same thing and have never heard anything like that from other employees. I understand that anyone can have a bad day, but as a customer, I shouldn’t have to experience that. Thank you.
The ingredients are fresh, and the salads taste great — healthy and satisfying. The staff is friendly and the store is clean and well-maintained.
That said, pickup can take a while during busy hours, and parking is sometimes a challenge. Hopefully these issues can be improved in the future. Still, it’s a solid spot for a healthy meal and definitely worth trying!

Service ok. Kinda slow as one lady in front and the remaining staff on smoke break? J.k. I don't like the new policy on customized bowls. Only 4 scoops and the toppings are part of 4th scoop. I got salmon protein. It was hardly there when mixed in the salad. I will slow down my healthy eating and go elsewhere.
