Since last week having bad experience from this shop consistently. Please check what's going on and fix it. Last week it's a badly packaged food, bean cup lid not tightened, spilled all over my car. Today they didn't pack green salsa I ordered in my Togo order.

This taco bell has an issue with proper serving sizes as well as poor customer service and communication.
I ordered a California crunchwrap and my partner ordered the steak crunchwrap for breakfast. My CA crunchwrap significantly had less eggs than the steak one. There is no way that could have been the “portion size” serving. I went up to the counter with my crunchwrap unwrapped to show the cook there werent any eggs in there. “I’ll show you the portion size,” she said. Looking at it the portion size was 3x the amount of crumbs of eggs that was in there wrap. My partner had already given me pieces of eggs from his steak wrap. but he still had more in his wrap. He had to go up and speak with the cook to tell her how she was in the wrong and re-explain what I told her.
My partner who is a caucasian male, while I am not, was given privilege to receive the correct amount of eggs.
My gentle and kind ask was dismissed, and met with hostility. I would have been happy to be just given correct amount of eggs.

App wasn't working so we had to do drive thru. Lady at the drive thru was rude and impatient. I asked for veggie nachos and they gave me beef.
