It would not let me put 0 stars or a health risk option. I’m not one to complain but we received horrible poor service. The line cook lady gave me attitude for an adjustment to a Crunchwrap. I said no tostada on my Crunchwrap given I have a sensory processing disorder, the woman came back twice to complain about my preference in my order. The first time the young man submitted the order to remove the tostada, she told him she won’t do that. And refuses. People make requests all the time, I have came here for 15 years and this is the first time it’s gotten this extreme of a reaction. After the remark the young man (who seemed to be new) offered the best option to be is a build your own quesadilla.
I have had this disorder since I was a young kid and cannot eat crunchy/hard foods. I have lived here locally for years and never once experienced this level of belittlement. I speak Spanish and I heard every word she said.
The young man taking my order thank you for your hard work. You weren’t at fault.
Long story short. We just wanted a Crunchwrap without the tostada due to my sensory processing disorder. The lady refused to accommodate for me.
I now see there are tons of reviews on here of other people being treated disrespectfully. The ableism here is disgustingly profound.
Also my quesadilla did not have extra of anything like I ordered.
I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. Please correct your employees and enforce accommodations for your customers.

If any of you ever get the chance to come here, I hope you get to experience the pleasure of interacting with Liliana. My wife craved Taco Bell a lot while she was pregnant, but I haven't been here since my son was born 7 months ago, and the second Liliana saw me her face lit up and she asked how my wife and baby are, so I shared the latest pictures with her. She gave me some great advice on being a father, and as I drive away, she's brought a tear to my eye. I wish I could do more for her than just leave this review. She is the type of person who I hope and pray I can raise my children to be like one day.

This Taco Bell has an awesome cashier at lunch (I cannot say the same for other cashiers at this location). He's super friendly and always makes the experience enjoyable. This guy is on top of it: tells me about great deals, keeps the place clean, and handles long line of customers quickly.
Food-wide, it's run-of-the-mill Taco Bell, so you know what you're getting.

10 stars. I don't usually rate Taco Bell, but this one I have to. I was greeted immediately and very professional! I don't EVER get THAT kind of treatment! I shall return, soon. Thank you KFC/Taco Bell for hiring Robert M. Please consider hiring more people like this!

Food is full of new stuff constantly changing. Staff is most important looks like young kids from college or high schools very efficient and alert, didn't even force me to buy any item for using their restroom. Great location and walkable right at the corner of Stelling and Hollenbeck opposite to Bank of America. Most importantly it shares the store with KFC thus you can get both under one roof, how nice!

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Tacobell! After placing my order, I dared to request a cup for water, and guess what? The cashier had the audacity to declare that they don't hand out cups for free; you have to purchase a drink to access the fountain water. This is beyond ridiculous and marks the first time I've encountered such abysmal customer service at Tacobell. To add insult to injury, the cashier argued that it costs them money to provide water and free cups, which amounts to a measly 5 cents or even less. Fellow customers witnessed this absurdity and rallied behind my plea for a simple cup of water. As if that wasn't enough, when I asked to speak to the store manager or owner, the cashier had the nerve to claim they were the manager and had the right to deny water to customers. Apparently, the owner was too important to bother with my "poor complaints." I suppose I'm deemed poor because I chose to dine at Tacobell, invest in their business, and have the audacity to ask for a basic necessity without shelling out for an overpriced drink. Water is free at every other Tacobell location, but this one seems to operate in its own twisted universe of customer disdain. Unbelievable!

Ordered two DLT supreme and they charged me accordingly, but they gave me the regular ones—I want my $1.40 back (no not really, but would you stop messing up my orders FFS). On a side note, why is the regular even an option, who wants a taco with just lettuce and cheese

I try to be nice about them always asking me to park in a spot my van does not fit if there is other car around the shift manager lady is always rude about it. If your working on a good drive thru time you should cook faster not make a customer wait for 15 minutes in the parking lot I would understand if I ordered a lot of food but I ordered one meal and there was no one behind me in drive thru. This is happened many time but I’m just sick of it and now I’m hoping someone can teach this manager lady to be more understanding when a CUSTOMER tells her when I park my long work van in the parking lot and someone els is there I can’t make the turn or get out. You putting the drive thru time ahead of a PAYING return customer is not right. So today I received my meal and my Mexican pizza was put on it side at some point for pay back or something I’m not sure. It’s sad they treat there customers like this over there poor drive thru times. The other manager that is there at night usually he is awesome and always friendly. And the lady that took my order was very kind and professional she should take the lady’s manager position.
