The staff was very rude. My order was sitting there without my name being called, even though the tag with my name was facing them. I had to ask about it, and when I did, the staff member just stayed silent and turned away. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I waited over an hour for my food, and the staff had the audacity to tell me they already made my order. I had been standing there the whole time and they did not call my name once. There were multiple people who had the same issue, and the staff was ignoring everyone and laughing in their faces when they were told how long people had been waiting.

This location smells really strongly like pee inside which was weird because you could tell they had just mopped. Not sure if they mopped bathrooms first but it was so stinky.

The little short Guatemalan lady has a horrible attitude they forgot to put sour cream in the food where I paid extra and they treated me like I made the mistake. The mango agua fresca is basically water with a drip of mango concentrate not worth $4
