Taco truck in the corner of a gas station.Tacos a bit pricier than I expected for the size. These are more street taco size but everybody gotta run a business to keep the lights on so I respect it.Quality wise, tacos are good. I got carnitas, cabeza, and adovada. Didn’t see if it came off a trompo but tastes like it. Cabeza cooked down and super soft with a lot of rendered meat, and carnitas was crispy and had good Chunks of pork. Worth a shot.
The Tarasco burrito with asada and pastor is pretty good on its own, but the chipotle salsa makes it fantastic with some nice heat and smoky flavor. The chipotle salsa and avocado salsa together are pretty good too!
