Went to this location for the first time today. The young lady at the counter was nice. She took my order to go quickly. There aren't too many tables if you want to eat there.
Here's my problem, I ordered one Chicken Breast Teriyaki bowl with brown rice and one with white rice. Though my receipt showed one with brown rice, when I got home both of the orders had white rice. How could you mess it up? Although the chicken breast was flavorful it was slightly on the dry side. The vegetables were good and you do get a lot of food.

I love teriyaki madness! This hands down the BEST ONE in the Bay Area! Even though we live closer to another one, we prefer to come here.

Everything is on point and me and my husband find it really convenient to grab something fast and healthy.

Portion sizes are much larger than expected! My husband can eat a lot, but he never finishes the food so that is a huge plus for us.

Took me a few visits to love this food. My previous favorite place was Ramen 101 from a different part of CA (the one in this area isn’t very good). This spot has now become my favorite chicken spot.

Food was great and tasty with pretty good portions. I have to say that if this place was priced ~5 dollars cheaper it would be more of a go-to restaurant... but as it is this place is just okay. 15 dollars for a chicken katsu bowl thats just okay is nothing to rave about.

I really liked it. The head of operations suggested that I try the chicken teriyaki to start, which was nicely sauced and charred. There were a good amount of vegetables as well. Great music too!

Stopped by Teriyaki Madness recently and it was... alright. Not my favorite. The meat was a little dry, which kind of took away from the overall flavor. Portions were decent and the service was fine, but nothing really stood out. It’s not bad, just not something I’d go out of my way for again. Might give it another shot sometime, but hoping for something more flavorful and not dried out.

Best Spicy Teriyaki chicken I've ever had. It was cooked to perfection, and the flavor was amazing (sweet & spicy). The staff were great, very friendly. The real star was the food though, I ordered a Spicy Chicken bowl, all veggies... it was incredible. I came back the next day for a side of Spicy Chicken to eat on my drive back home! The staff clearly take pride in preparing top tasting food. I wish I lived closer, I'd go here every single day. It's a bit small inside, but was very clean. A+

Cooked perfect. Good spice on the spicy. The bottled teriyaki sauce at the table is nice if you want it. Interior of the store is tight, wouldn't go with a large group.

The food was delicious when they first opened up. But I think now that they are popular, the quality of the food has gone downhill. I ordered the teriyaki chicken breast and some of the strips of chicken were burned. I don't know if I will be going back again.
