No frills sandwich shop with an expansive menu. Had the California on Dutch crunch 👌🏻 which is not a usual bread option on the east coast. Huge sandwich btw
Tacos and sandwiches at the same place?? So good!
Looks like they're gone... Inside is totally cleared out.
This was my favorite sandwich spot over the past few years :(
I really enjoy these sammies. I go there, I order the food, and the they hand deliver it to me. I then proceed to eat this food and it satisfies my soul. That's a little throwback to my main man Bobby Marley. So don't be a fool and come get your sammies at Donald's Delicatessen.
The sandwiches were just okay. The Mac and cheese was probably the worst I've ever had and the Caesar salad was basically the same you would get from the grocery store.
The location itself looks like it's closing at the end of the year permanently, and the inside appeared that way - the bathroom was not even functional/open for use.
This is a small local chain serving a great variety of deli sandwiches with fresh ingredients. I had the Dirty Bird on soft French bread and my wife had the tuna and avocado on sourdough. Both were fresh and tasty. We took them on a picnic, so we didn't add anything else, but they also offer a variety of sides, chips and cookies. Every now and then they give out a free cookie!
The staff was efficient and polite, and the store is conveniently located off of Saint Francis in Sunnyvale where you can eat outside on a nice day.

Friendly staff, great service and delicious sandwiches!
I got the chicken pesto sandwich on the Asiago roll. I decided to try the Asiago roll because I normally get Dutch crunch at every other sandwich shop I go to. It’s a softer bread. They put each roll in the oven seemingly making your sandwich bread fresh for each sandwich.
10/10 I hope I come in this area again to try a different item on their menu!

This is literally the best sandwich place I know. They have a huge selection with a ton of vegetarian/vegan options. The sandwiches are fresh, inexpensive and a good quantity. They do half sandwiches and platters as well if you are planning an event. There are soups, sides and daily specials.
I would highly recommend the falafel sandwich and vegan chicken sandwich. The fire pepper sauce makes all the difference!

This restaurant place is very dirty… they dont bother washing hands after cleaning or picking something from dustbin and just made togo sandwich order with same hands … very unhealthy and unhygenic place to order anything from here

I'm annoyed that I wake up and am going on my way to school, stop at this place, see their glowing sign that says open, and then proceed to walk in, and immediately am told *were closed " I just kinda felt lied to when I needed a meatball sub the most >:(

I've heard about the Don's Deli from my old pal Stinky Wedemeyer, and since I'm in Sunnyvale with my pal Thelonious Grumpsteller helping him out with issues he's got with his neighbor's Honey Badger tearing up his Pinkalilly patch, I'll be going there for sure. Well, it's a first for me having to deal with a Honey Badger, they're nasty little creatures, and almost as mean as Ol Mable Spinticket, so I'll just do the same to it as I did to Mabel...I put a handful of chopped up Ghost Peppers in it mouth. He won't be back, that's for sure.Man-O-Man, that Don's Deli sure makes a great sandwich, it was Amazing! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆
