I got served a spoilt chutney (Jhol momo sauce) and super oily momos (the oil also tasted burnt)
Seems like the owner changed about 6 months ago and the place has just gone downhill since.
Chicken chow me in is terrific. Much more flavor than other generic chow meins

One of the best momos I’ve had in the Bay Area! Everest Momo Truck serves seriously delicious, fresh, and flavorful momos , perfectly steamed with juicy fillings and that amazing spicy chutney on the side. I tried both steamed and fried, and they were spot on! The team running the truck was super friendly and welcoming too. It’s a bit of a wait sometimes, but totally worth it. If you love authentic Nepali-style momos, this place is a must-try!

Please be careful. The dipping sauce tasted and smelled off, almost like it was expired. I got stomach sick the next day. Additionally, not sure what changed, but both the momos and noodles have lost their old flavor and are now quite disappointing.
I’ve been ordering from here for years and always loved this place. Please bring back the original recipe.

Vegetarian reviewer: We ordered two items on DoorDash and we were bowled! The jhol momo was nicely packed (the sauce was packed separately so that the momos didn't become soggy). They gave enough sauces - momo sauce and chilli sauce (2 of each). The momos were very flavorful by itself. It wasn't too spicy as well.
And the paneer fried rice was so yummy - was full of veggies and paneer chunks. It tasted fresh and healthy coz it was not greasy at all.
We are super excited to try the Chowmein next time. Highly recommend - adding this food truck to one of our goto places!
Tip: great time to try it online soon - they have $8 offer now on DoorDash.
Had the chicken fried rice. Everythong was dry and the chicken tasted old and rough. This used to be a great place. I guess this was my last time visiting it.

Not sure what happened. Taste of momos went from 100 to 0 too fast too soon. Not just momos which has some thick skin, the chutney also tastes a whole lot worse
