The meat and the white sauce are tasty. However, I wish they had better quality tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles. I feel like they could elevate the experience by improving the condiments. Service has always been decent. The restaurant itself is nothing special

I came here last week and the food was decent and so was the portion. but I was getting food today and they have the habit and intention of putting over 65 - 70% of the plate being lettuce and the server put almost half a scoop of rice and charged me when I addressed it and have done the same with the chicken serving. I am not coming here again. I would recommend you wouldn't either.

Ordered food thru uber eats. Pita was stale. Had a strong smell of old oil. Had to throw falafel platter with barbecue pita. Barbecue pita was too strong and smells pretty bad. Will never order from here again. Cilantro hummus and falafels were good. Rest everything is pretty bad.

Ordered through uber eats, where they had a “buy 1 get 1” offer for the small platter. Not only did they send only one platter, it barely had ONE SPOON of rice. The platter was filled with lettuce and tomato- that’s all! $22 for basically lettuce and tomatoes.

Food used to be good, I go to HG at least 1x a month. But today the beef was crunchy and old. Don't go to this location. First time I've thrown uneaten food away in years. Terrible
When you go to pick up the order, you aren’t allowed to use the restroom? What kind of nonsense business setup does not allow restroom for customers???? Food was also mediocre but the service was utterly disgusting. This business does not even deserve any customer. Beware of business like these.

I just spent $100 here for food for my family and when I ordered a falafel sandwich they told me to wait 5 minutes, so I paid for my food and sat down. When the sandwich was done, they asked me what toppings I wanted and told me they couldn’t add hummus because they couldn’t add it after I payed. If that’s the case, they should have asked me what toppings I wanted BEFORE they had me pay. When I got on the phone with the manager, he told me that my only option was to pay for a full side container of hummus if I wanted it on my sandwich. The manager could not comprehend that it wasn’t my fault that they didn’t ask me what toppings I wanted before I was charged. The employees were wonderful but as a manager shame on you for refusing to put a simple spoon of hummus on my sandwich. I’ve been come here for years and I WILL NEVER be back again. Horrible managers. You would think after I ordered that much food you could give me a bit of hummus since it’s a mistake on your end. Next time ask your what toppings I want before you have them pay. Do better.

Its a hit or miss, last time when i went the guy was amazing he gave me good quantity, before that It was a old lady who gave me half the quantity as if she is giving for free.
