So this is "Shrinkflation". Make the sandwich way smaller than they have ever been AND raise the price. Disappointed at the small amount of food you get for a very overpriced cost. The only way to regulate this type of scam is for you and me to never eat here again.
RESPONSE to "owner comment" - You say all your sandwiches have the same 1/4 pound of meat? So the 3" has the same amount of meat as the regular? That makes no sense and is NOT true. Also you say you won't compromise on quality or quantity but that EXACTLY what you've done!? Also "food cost" has nothing to do with a $16 sandwich, you are ripping people off. I ordered a hot roast beef(it was great) more so,here for my bfs sandwich. He got a turkey avocado. Got to the car to grab a few bites before our 2hr drive home, no turkey. He got off and the guy gave extra turkey for the inconvenience. Great! Until he took a bite, he said the avocado had a weird taste. So me loving avocado I tasted a pretty good amount of it off his sandwich and I spit that right out. It had a chemical taste and the texture was off. He didn't want to go back in so he through it away ?

I got the Philly steak on sourdough. The bread was so tough that when I bit it all the fillings fell out. So much mayo all over the place. Including on my new shirt.
Very fast, very friendly, and pretty much the only restaurant in walking distance of a lot of offices.

I have been to many Togos and this was the worst experience I've had. 2 out of 3 staff members were rude and Speaking English was a challenge for them to understand. The manager had attitude and was rude. Never again, this is an embarrassment to the Togos
