Ordered through the app and was treating friends. Since I handed them my phone and said add what you want and I didn't know what they ordered. When i got back to the office, one of the orders was wrong- they forgot to add the avocado, which we all know is a pricey extra.

I stopped by for lunch and it took 25 mins for my sandwich. Now I have 5 mins to eat. Its not employee fault, they we're working as quick as they can. Owner, u need to hire more people during the lunch rush. Two sandwich makers is not cutting it.

Worst Large Pastrami I have ever had. The mustard on the sandwich was too heavy and the onions were overloaded. Those two items were just slopped on, not typical of Togo's number 9. Will not visit this location again.

This is my first time at Togo's with my coworkers and it was good. I like it but it did take a bit long. But we were just picking up our orders to bring to the office. I would go back again.

I am a big fan of Togos but this store provided me the worst experience ever. Speaking english is a disadvantage. When ordering my sandwich i pointed to the holiday gift card on the back wall. large sign and the employee went in the back and came out with a Tortilla... After we got the sandwich right the other lady also majority spanish speaking couldn't charge for a gift card and while do so rudly said over here at this register. Then she asked the manager who was busy watching the world cup and said he is doing me a favor. I said i don't get paid for being here. There we 2 customers having a draft beer, not sure if that's a new Togos offering for this shop is in a former bar location. Someone please help these souls...

Was looking to go to UNA MAS next door but since it was completely empty during lunch time, decided to go next door to TOGO'S. Ordered my sandwich with a meal, sat down and immediately felt uncomfortable. Am I still in America? I felt like I was being "ousted" because I don't speak or look Spanish?? Wow, and that's going to most of the franchise establishments these days.(Subway, etc...) TOGO'S included, no wonder the place is empty. Maybe I should go live in a Spanish speaking country first before coming back to California. Haha.

I have been to many Togos and this was the worst experience I've had. 2 out of 3 staff members were rude and Speaking English was a challenge for them to understand. The manager had attitude and was rude. Never again, this is an embarrassment to the Togos

Togo’s is one of my go-to sandwiches places. This one is at good location and usually not too many people there. You order online and 15 minutes earlier, it is there waiting for you when you arrive. People are mostly nice.

I visited this location today and I Ordered a number 8 sandwich on sour dough for my lunch and the lady warmed it up and prepped it for me when I went to bite into the sandwich the bread was completely moldy on the outside i don’t how the worker didn’t see it I was lucky my coworker saw it and stopped me I couldn’t even get a free bag of chips for my trouble definitely not going back to this location

They were nice but can’t follow directions.Spent $34 on food for me and my husband but they couldn’t follow directions. Came home to find out that toppings asked for were not included.Also last time my husband went there the same thing happened.The employee needs to learn to listen to what the customer asks for.We will go somewhere else next time.
