Food was good, employee was very friendly but restaurant looked closed down and payment machine did not work so owner took my credit card information and wrote it in a notes app. This is not an issue with my credit card rather with the store’s payment terminal (see other reviews).

The store has not been able to take card payments the last 2 times I’ve come. I’ll set up my order on the touch screen and then when I go to pay it says “internet not available” not willing to pay more to get delivery. Staff was nice enough but this stores management have obviously neglected to take care of the basic needs of their store. When I was a store manager it would happen often that the internet would go out, but I always rushed over to fox it any time it happened. ?

I didn't even finish my food. Some of the worst sushi I've ever had. Fish does not taste fresh. Rolls fall apart. Tuna katsu wasn't good. Salmon teriyaki was very fishy. Quality of fish seemed off. Miso was bland with nothing in it at all. The prices aren't bad but it's still not worth getting.

Ordered through Grubhub and was quoted an hour. Since the restaurant was using their own delivery cars there was no way to track or monitor progress. 15 mins past the hour mark with no update I tried to call the restaurant multiple times, no answer. I reached out through Grubhub who was able to check in with the delivery, said it was going to be another 15-20 minutes. 20 minutes later, my food now 45 minutes late I contacted Grubhub again, they were not able to reach the restaurant this time so had to cancel my order. After two hours of waiting, for a meal that required little to no cooking, I am disappointed to say the least.

I regularly eat at or order takeaway from this place for dinner. It definitely feels like a hidden gem and deserves more than its current rating. I usually get the 3-item bento with a variety of choices. The food is always delicious, plentiful, and relatively inexpensive for Japanese food in this area. The guy usually manning the place is very kind; one time when I was late in picking up my online order, he had my meal remade so I could eat it fresh. That's top notch service right there.

Great service. Tried the spicy tuna poke bowl with rice. Able to customize. Added avocado for small up charge. Super tasty, ordered 'regular' size and it was a large portion with Lots of tuna! Again, very yummy. Partner got a bento box with salmon teriyaki - which he also enjoyed. Reasonable prices too.

Good location. Good staff. The waitresses and chef were all extremely nice and polite. The Miso soup was good. I ordered sashimi: salmon, tuna, and hamachi. They all smelled fishy and didn't seem very fresh. If done right none of these should not smell so fishy.

The seafood tempura is too salty and oily. Taste terrible. I almost got sick. Maybe seafood is not fresh. Definitely not worth your dollars!

Tried this place the other night with my family. The kids enjoyed it. My daughter was happy their miso soup was soy based since she's vegetarian. Most places have fish base. Sushi rolls were good. They're close by AND deliver! All pluses!! 👍

I had the Teriyaki Beef with tempura. I liked the meal because it was not too over the top with sauce and the beef was cooked just rifht. It was tender, not chewy, slightly pink in middle, otherwise if the beef was well done, it looses some of it's characteristics. My wife had some sushi and liked it. Be prepared for lunch crowd, so there might be a wait in those hours.

Had their "Oh My God Maki Roll" and less than 4 hours I had food poisoning..We used the delivery method from eat 24hrs at work to place the order and 2/5 got food poisoning. Thank you TRUYA Sushi...I hope your business gets the same kind of pain I had for the past 2 days.
