Best Indian food in Bay Area !!
Really good weekday buffet for $21. We went on a Wednesday and they had both South and North Indian food. Apps were samosa chaat, gobi manchurian, Mysore bonda. Mains included paneer butter masala, palak paneer, chana masala, bhindi, veg biryani, tomato dal, and Hakka noodles, as well as lemon rice, rasam, sambar and curd rice. Buffet also includes mango lassi and masala chai. Food felt pretty fresh and flavorful, despite us coming toward the end of the lunch time. I’ll definitely be back!
Veg and non-veg sections are separate for those concerned about cross contamination.
Don't go here on weekends.. Too much crowd.. Got Covid last week.
I wish i could give this place 10 stars! I don't live in Bay area and wanted to organize a surprise Birthday party for my daughter whos studying there. Right from the first call to the day of the party, the staff was awesome 👌 the buffet was lavish and delicious and the service Excellent! For a v v reasonable price, ypu not only get 25-30 variety of Indian veg and nonveg food but they also have beer and Lassi included! We loved everything about this place
I ordered the Vijayawada Chicken Biryani and Pepper Chicken. The biryani was decent—not the most flavorful, but still enjoyable.
However, the Pepper Chicken was a bit of a letdown. I was expecting a dry, fried version, but what I got was more of a curry-style dish. The taste was just average and didn’t really stand out.
The atmosphere was fine, nothing fancy but decent enough for a casual meal. Service was prompt, and the staff was polite.
Overall, it was an okay visit—nothing particularly memorable, but not bad either. Might give it another try to explore other items on the menu.
We always like the food and service ...

I’ve heard good reviews on this place but today’s buffet made me sick. Firstly I felt the items were very limited when compared and the food tasted really bland especially saag paneer and fish curry . Desserts were good. All the dishes had little to no salt in it . Its not this but the after affect me and my friends are having is what is my concern. We all have this feeling of indigestion and burping going on . Not sure if the management changed from the time my friends visited but I think the restaurant should be aware of what we think of the buffet. I didn’t mention this during checkout may be I was being nice not sure .

Please never ever buy biryani from this place. Picked up hot vijaywada chicken biryani from here and it is a stretch to even call it a biryani. The rice was lacking any masala(see image) and the chicken pieces were barely flavorful.

We went for the buffet on a Saturday. The food was hit and miss. The lemonade, mango lassi, carrot halwa, fruit custard, Veg biryani, naan were good. The rest of the items were ok. There was too much staff milling around, maybe because there was also a birthday party in the adjoining room. $25 per person.

Visited again after 5 years. I really liked the food. Tomato and chilli chutney, bendi and peanut curry, beetroot halwa are good.
Got the weekend special goat biryani to go. The family size had a total of just 4 pieces of meat and the rest of it was rice, which too was bland and flavorless.
