I thought I never have to do this never in my life but in terms of customer welcome enviroment I do not recommend eating here. The manager of this place does not like it when customer eats here. I order my food and he told me please next time when you order and want to eat here please order directly in front of the cashier. He was very angry at me in front of my freinds and I felt so embarrassing and had to walk out the store. As a asian person for me putting some thought when I order my food I relize did not tip became a issue. Food was already 20$ total just for the cheapest chicken option which was the half option. Tipping culture has gotten out of hand seriously. Horrible service, the place was slow at the time and there was only 1 person eating. If you want to grow a business and get returning customer then make sure they are feeling welcome instead of using them to buy chicken and being lazy to clean the table. Very disappointed. If anyone has this problem it is because they do not care about customers.

I have always been a fan of Von's chicken, even though I don't know who Von is, if they'd re a he or she, and how they cook the chicken. One thing is constant; it's always good. The attendant was quick to take my order and the food was delivered very quickly for my take out order. Service with a smile and no nonsense responses. This Vons is very clean and very cozy. Food was delivers quickly and full of flavor....no doubt I will be back!

Food is really good here, the oven baked is soooo good!! I didn’t expect it but wowowow. However, it is quite slow, so I wouldn’t come here with an empty stomach and super hungry because it takes 30+ min to prepare the food.This location had a bogo drumsticks deal when we went. They also give sauce, coleslaw, and daikon as part of feb meal. Rice is extra.
Unfortunately not a good experience for me. We ordered take out tonight and got the honey butter chicken (delicious btw) and garlic chicken (just ok in flavor). Mid-meal, I noticed that there is a pool of blood on my chicken. That ruined my appetite :/ I hope I don't get sick :/

Came for dinner on a tues night, thankfully not busy so we were able to get seats right away & order. There's a short wait for food but that means they make to order. Ordered honey butter chicken, yangyum and ssalm... our favs! This time I thought we'd try the med hot yangyum instead of mild... if you can't quite tolerate spicy, this is a challenge haha but it's good & can only eat one. Can't imagine ordering/eating the spicy! They have a special going on for ordering drums which is cool bc we were able to order full sizes and have lots of leftover for next meal. Good chill place, people dine & chat without being rushed, I saw someone just munching while on their laptop.

Ordered takeout from here. Missing the few sides that come with the chicken like the radish and slaw that you would normally get if you dine in. Chicken was nicely packaged but seasoning wasn't evenly coated. The spicy rice cakes were dry on the outside and hard at the center.

Von's is no secret spot. This is the king of Korean Fried Chicken. Bigger wings that most comparable restaurants. Expertly curated sauce options. And of course, also CRISPY!! Personal favorites are crispy Padak, regular crispy, and yangyam. Honorable mention for Von's special oven baked. Wasn't sure how oven baked would turn out since I usually only get fried but the oven baked came out surprisingly crispy and tender. Sunnyvale location is great for dine in or takeout. It can be busy so don't be surprised if there's a wait. Recently came for lunch though around 11:45 and it was not busy.
