Sharen (?), Night manager, refused to give me a bag for 3 orange juices. She is always rude and unhelpful while ordering. Dropped my credit card on the driveway (on purpose) and refused to send someone out to pick it up, putting me at risk. And, she has a nasty attitude. Pretends she doesn't speak english. Nasty food service person.

Everytime i come here the food is soo good. Tonight me and my friends got food right before it closed and the women working there so late at night deserve recognition 👏🏼👏🏼 they are working their best in a low staff environment. Their attitudes were great and the girl taking our order was so funny and kind. I love this location!

The breakfast burritos were amazing. First time to eat Wendy's breakfast. I was expecting a little piece of crap roll-up like you get at McDonald's. This thing was big, had a couple of eggs on it, potatoes, and sausage, sauce. It was really good. You can see in the pics that it was as big as my water bottle and as thick.

It was my 1st time at this location. I ordered via app for drive-thru pick up, and the wait was ridiculous. Ordered at 12:19, drove 7 minutes, and then got my food at 1:10. WTH?! I saw the crowd in the restaurant and expected a wait, but it was ridiculous beyond belief. When I pulled up to give my order name at the speaker box, I waited 15 minutes for the employee to respond. Everyone shifted to park to wait. Is this normal?
And when I got to the front to pick up my food, it was just one person who was putting together my order. Did she go on break while I was sitting in the drive thru line? Is it faster if I go into the restaurant to pick up my order? Wendy's in Sunnyvale was not fast food.

I stopped coming to this location because this is not fast food. Wait times over 30 minutes, bad service, rude managers, and extra $ charges. Go to other locations on Saratoga or Bascom Avenue

They definitely need to work on their attitude. Firstly they dont communicate properly in english and on top of it they behave worsely as if they are serving for free. Very bad customer service. I would definitely dont recommend people going there if you want to have food peacefully.
