We literally had one of the best experiences coming to Xiang Xiang Noodle. What started as us looking for some easy good Chinese food and a cold beer turned into a very intimate dinner of getting to know the owners and having some great laughs together. The husband was a previous Chinese gymnast and showcased his gymnastic talents in the restaurant! Incredibly impressive. The wife is just the sweetest person when she took our orders and helped us try out new dishes! 10/10 would recommend making this spot a must visit! The salt and pepper tofu is the must try dish!

Please, if you are looking for real Chinese food or you know what real Chinese food is, don’t come here. Nothing is good here. The owner couple is nice but that doesn’t really help with their terrible food. The noodle is covered in too much sauce and almost not edible. The sautéed vegetables are too oily even if I specifically asked for less oil. I honestly don’t understand why this place has so many good reviews.

We came here for dinner and ordered zhajiang mian, another fried noodle dish, and, on the waiter’s recommendation, the salt and pepper fried eggplant. It ended up being our favorite, so we’re really glad he convinced us to try it!
The waiter (also maybe the owner?) is super enthusiastic and loves to suggest dishes you might not have considered. I didn’t find it pushy at all. First, he's running a business and, of course, wants you to explore the menu. Second, he mentioned that if we didn’t like his recommendation, we wouldn’t have to pay. It was actually refreshing, especially since positive, enthusiastic service isn’t what Chinese restaurants are typically known for (as a Chinese person, this is pretty normal to me). I also noticed that he doesn’t pressure people who aren’t interested, so he really knows how to read the room.
This spot is definitely getting added to our regular dinner rotation!
Went couple times after suggestion. I got seafood fried noodles first time and beef sirloin noodle soup the second time. I don’t know if this is how knife shaved noodles are supposed to be but it is too thick for me but noodles are still edible. However, I cannot say the same for the seafood and meat. Seafood was not fresh and beef was super chewy. I didn’t enjoy the food at all.

Great food, service is 5 star plus. Very friendly staff. Especially the happiness and friendliness of the restaurant owner makes the restaurant atmosphere lively. We had a chat with the owner and learnt he was Olympic gold prize winner in gymnastics. He even gave a great show for the guests.
