Jack in the Box on Main Street- There was a dead bug in my daughters chicken nuggets. I called to get my refund & when I went back through drive through, the male manager I spoke to wasn't there. The lady who was at the window was so rude! I told her I wanted my full refund as I had discussed with the manager bc I didn't even bother to eat the other food I ordered. She said no, handed me my money, & literally walked away. This lady is so ignorant and has poor customer service...read full review
