This place is ridiculous!!! We showed up at925 they were already closed as we give through the drive thru to leave we look in side and see the warming box was full of chicken. we said hey are you open they said No we're closed then we said well what are you doing with the chicke they said they had to throw it away we can't give anything away for free ... Very rude... there was enough chicken in there to feed half of this town and they just throw it away every night we offered to buy it to she closed the window on us wow what a waste and not friendly at all

We had ordered 2 number 9’s. Instead we got the 12 and 13. They said because we were rang up differently, that we’d have to pay for the missing items of the Big Box Meals we had originally asked for, instead of fixing their mistake and making it right. Poor customer service.

Seems like every time I come here they are all out of chicken. And the chicken they did have tasted old. And by old I mean like three days ago old. Also. I hit my head on their low hanging lights. I’m 6’ as a reference. So duck when you goto sit down. What are they thinking?? But on a good note, the honey tasted good….

Food was over priced.The girl taking the order couldn't get the order right even after 5 repeats.You would think that with a $60 order for 4 meals, they might actually give you the food you pay for.Containers were half empty as well as the drinks purchased. No utensils were given when 3/4 orders had potatoes and gravy.... On my famous bowl there was a tiny bit, maybe a half a scoop of potatoes, 3 pieces of the popcorn chicken and then wayy too much gravy.Kids complained of the chicken being dry and hard to even eat! I do not recommend eating at KFC in susanville.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! Payed 50 dollars for an 8 piece meal to only have 6 pieces of chicken called tort them know I didn’t receive my full meal only to have them hang up on me not once but twice while telling me I’m lying repeatedly. Asked for the name of them employee on the phone she refused and also refused to give me the number for her boss. All I wanted was for them to make it right but instead was given attitude and told that I’m liar over two pieces of chicken! What happened to the customer is always right?

I walked in. I was the only customer in the restaurant. A bell hanging on the door announced my entry. I heard 2 people talking shi+ about another employee. I listened to this conversation for at least a minute. Finally, someone came to take my order. The person didn't say sorry for the wait, nor hello, just "what can I get you?" I ordered an 8 piece meal with sides (mashed potatoes, and mac & cheese). I completed the purchase, and waited about 5 minutes. The uber guy that walked in after me was greeted with a smile. I could see my food being bagged as I stood near the entrance. The worker called out, "8 piece meal!" (At this point, I am still the only customer in the restaurant.) The worker kind of just tossed my bag onto the counter, and the contents almost fell out. They never said hello, thank you, nor have a nice night. And speaking rudely about another person, openly so customers could hear, is wrong, in my opinion. The food was as expected, except the mac & cheese was a little on the rubbery side, and the gravy was a bit watered down.
Dirty sticky floor door and handle food was warmed up fries were disappointing mac n cheese was good though.

Ordered 4 drums/sticks with extra crispy recipe. Came to pick up and they said they don't have what I ordered - no dark meat, and only original recipe. They were nice enough and offered alternatives, and the place is clean, but it is a bummer. 3.5
