Ok, so about a week ago my hubby ordered thro doordash. Ordered: Two sandwiches both were wrong, he ate them anyway as was too late to do anythings about it. After a couple bites of 2nd he realized it was Not cooked all the way. the deal was a free 2-piece, got 4, but after biting into one realized they were slimy inside so i didnt eat any of it, the mac was yellow water with noodles. Hubby was throwing up all night and still sick the next day. I did call and told manager, she apologized and offered a free cake. She mentioned refund through doordash app.. We tried to get a refund ..told doordash what happened they said there wasn't enough reason to get refund and the proceeded to kick us off doordash completely 😑 please check the food!!!!

This is not the first time I asked for honey with my food and they give me a different sauce not because their out of it they always give something else I can go it and ask for itim person they have it but I did not ask for honey bbq I asked for regular honey

People that work here are awesome, but the restaurant charges way too much for sub-par food.

I ordered two chicken pot pies for me and my bf last night and I bit into what I thought was potato, then soon discovered it was rubber 🤮 there was also a bone in mine which not as bad as the rubber but still 🤮

First impressions are usually a good indicator of the class of place your in. Bathroom’s were FILTHY FILTHY. NO SOAP nor Sanitizer! Should have left right then.
Mediocre service- little girl w nose piercing was putout with our presence. Manager and young dark haired girl were very accommodating though
Chicken was dry biscuits like starch.
Sure gives KFC a bad name. Unfortunately most of the old KFC locations are getting to be like this! Sad sad.

This place is ridiculous!!! We showed up at925 they were already closed as we give through the drive thru to leave we look in side and see the warming box was full of chicken. we said hey are you open they said No we're closed then we said well what are you doing with the chicke they said they had to throw it away we can't give anything away for free ... Very rude... there was enough chicken in there to feed half of this town and they just throw it away every night we offered to buy it to she closed the window on us wow what a waste and not friendly at all

We had ordered 2 number 9’s. Instead we got the 12 and 13. They said because we were rang up differently, that we’d have to pay for the missing items of the Big Box Meals we had originally asked for, instead of fixing their mistake and making it right. Poor customer service.

Seems like every time I come here they are all out of chicken. And the chicken they did have tasted old. And by old I mean like three days ago old. Also. I hit my head on their low hanging lights. I’m 6’ as a reference. So duck when you goto sit down. What are they thinking?? But on a good note, the honey tasted good….

Food was over priced.The girl taking the order couldn't get the order right even after 5 repeats.You would think that with a $60 order for 4 meals, they might actually give you the food you pay for.Containers were half empty as well as the drinks purchased. No utensils were given when 3/4 orders had potatoes and gravy.... On my famous bowl there was a tiny bit, maybe a half a scoop of potatoes, 3 pieces of the popcorn chicken and then wayy too much gravy.Kids complained of the chicken being dry and hard to even eat! I do not recommend eating at KFC in susanville.
