Great family orientation. extremely detail orientated putting customer satisfaction at the top of the list! . Michelle has standards for how the plates look when they arrive at the table. I have never had a complaint about the food my steak is always cooked to perfection. Consistently great quality! Good size portions and priced fairly. The waitress make you feel like one of the family. You ate never "alone" at Kopper Kettle where everyone is like family.
We were pleasantly surprised.. We liked the quaint mom & pop look of the Kopper Kettle in Susanville California. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband had the fried rice and the portion was huge. Our son had the kids pancake which was also huge. I had the Monte Cristo, very good. Our daughter had a chicken sandwich. Based on the reviews, Kopper Kettle Café serves a tremendous amount of food with huge portions. The Chinese food, including bbq pork with mixed vegetables, chicken chow mein, and cashew chicken, is absolutely delicious. The egg flower soup and pie are wonderful. Breakfast options include the 2x2x2 breakfast with beyond excellent pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and a Spanish Omelette. The hash browns can be a bit way too crispy. Service is quick, friendly, and helpful, with coffee kept coming. One meal could have fed two people. The food was bland to some tastes, but not disgusting. Overall, customers are glad they stumbled upon this restaurant.
