Whenever I go to Susanville I get panda express I love the Orange chicken but the last 3 times the chicken is really hard and crunchy. Not just the small pieces all of it. I have eaten at other panda express and the orange chicken is not hard. I ordered and waited because they ran out so it was fresh won’t be back tired of wasting my money.

Would be great if they got our order complete the majority of the time. I hate to say it, but they're as bad as mcdonald's with missing stuff in orders. I don't want to imagine how much money i've lost in food Not being given to me from my order. And because I do drive through, I don't realize this until i'm already home and I live out of town. This is honestly unacceptable with the increase in minimum wage.

The food that was out all had a burnt taste to it. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to make more teriyaki chicken, almost everything was empty.

The best Chinese fast food experience I've ever had. The employees are very fast and friendly The food incredibly delicious and the atmosphere is very good. 👍😀😊👍
Panda express is always a good choice, but these employees are always the best. I might be biased due to being in uniform when i go, but ive never had a bad experience that wasnt fixed with a free drink or sincere apology. Occasionally they may run out of some food here and there but delivery is expensive and sometimes everyone in town wants Orange chicken, and i cant blame them. Always clean, foods always hot and tasty. Cant think of anything to complain about
Vegetarian options: Super greens, rice/chowmein, dont recall about protien options. Google it.
Stopped here for food from Crater Lake heading down to Lake Tahoe - very clean establishment w/ an updated modern decor.
Food quality and taste is one of the better ones of the chain for sure - and the staff here are very courteous and professional. Thanks for our quick bite!

Needs to improve prep standards. I developed food poisoning.
All along the country, I noticed that panda express is usually fairly busy. However this one was not as busy but I decided to stop anyway I went inside and I saw that the entrées were looked like they have been sitting around for a while so Shows an entrée that was not available so that they could remake it and unfortunately they just threw it together so I’m all for second chances just maybe will wait for a little while before I revisit this. As human being we eat with our eyes first, so it is very important to have a presentable presentation of what you offer.
