I haven't visited this particular establishment in nearly 2 years. My wife and I were in town and I was so excited to show her the Pizza Factory that I always bragged about. Unfortunately, the pizza on the pizza bar was barely warm and definitely not fresh. I figured, oh well, that I would have some extra salad....well only customers are allowed 1 salad bar visit. The iced tea was really good! 👍🏿 The staff was friendly as well. Sorry, won't be back anytime soon to hopefully give a better review.

Salad bar is always top notch with freshness and customer service is Super friendly, the owner goes above and beyond . Left my cup and the salad bar and he brought it over to me and even asked what I wanted and got it for me …. I won’t go anywhere else now for salad
Stayed in town and trying to support the local business. Did a phone order for 1 awesome pizza, 2 chicken fettuccine Alfredo, 1 lasagna totaling 68$ gave 15$ tip. Got back to the hotel, ready to eat, and was missing 1 chicken fettuccine Alfredo. They need new management with all the bad reviews about their service and constant mistakes. Should have gone to LiL Ceaser instead

Just ordered for the first time from here. Delivery took a long time, but that was not the problem. The order was missing items and the items that were delivered were exactly the opposite of what we ordered. It was almost comical, except now we are left with food we did not want and charged for food we did not receive. In case the management reads these reviews: I am happy to provide more detail; at minimum, it would be nice to be refunded the money for the items not received. If no response, we will go elsewhere in the future.
