I thought the low reviews were just people hating on Starbucks these days, honestly. But I stopped through on a road trip and felt like I was being held hostage. I waited a lifetime for my drink and breakfast sandwich. Some say I’m still waiting to this day…

Waited and Waited..First in line and we knew she was busy but not a "Hello" "Welcome or I'll be with you in a minute" Helped an employee and left booth so we decided she didn't want our business.

Staff is good but needs to be trained a tiny bit better. Bagels are always undercooked and raw even though I emphasize on getting them brown on top. Have to throw them away too often because they just taste so mehOther than that the rest of the food is always good. Yah they run out of food items often but that happens I guess

Very slow, as it took 20 min to get a coffee. So slow I went and received a refund, Then as I was walking out the door, they called my name. I was not the only one waiting as about 10-15 other people were waiting too which caused this establishment to have no place to sit down and enjoy my purchase as folks were sitting without drinks or food. So I had to go out to my motorcycle and have my coffee from the seat of my bike. It finally fell off, but at least it was free.

Coffee was expensive and absolutely revolting. I value my money, so when I spend 6 dollars on a drink, I expect it to taste nice. Ordered a white mocha with oat milk because they were out of the milk I wanted. When I got the drink, it was bitter and tasteless. Like sucking on a Lump of charcoal. It's everytime that this happens- the drink ends up tasting like dirt and I can't stand it. I spend my money on this and they make the worst coffee Ive ever had? Screw this! There are better places to go, like Joes or Merry Morsels that Serve better coffee. Starbucks is a Solid -1 / 10 wouldnt recommend to anyone who likes their drink tasting edible.

I mentioned my boy wasn't feeling well and suddenly wanted a bacon Gouda sandwich and the lady at the window at 4pm on 11/03 drew him little balloons with a "feel better soon" on his sandwich wrapper. First smile I've gotten out of my little sicko in days. Management needs to give this lady a pat on the back for going above and beyond with her customer service when these days a lot of customer service people can be really impersonal. Thank you!
