We waited for 15 min, at approx 11 am, while they filled other orders including 8 drive thru orders. When we complained, she had trouble locating our order then said she would do it right away. Then she made my drink (a soy latte - not too hard; our other drink was an Americano...) incorrectly. Was it intentional? Meanwhile, 2 others of the 5 staff, socialized and laughed together. Poor management, worse customer service Starbucks!

Waited for 15 minutes in a drive through for two drinks. Both drinks were WARM by the time I got them, one of the was a Frappuccino and the other was an iced drink but the ice had almost melted completely by the time I got it.
