This is most probably the worst Starbucks I’ve visited anywhere in the world. Should retrain their staff on proper customer service and etiquette skills or close down!

We always appreciate Starbucks. However this Starbucks gives an unfriendly vibe at Susanville, CA Starbucks. Public bathroom closed and the other public bathroom was employee only with no explanation. And when asked to use it, they did not offer use of the bathroom. We were also denied water unless we had our own cup. They begrudgingly gave a small cup of water to us.

My partner dropped me off to go run an errand and their lobby was closed. So I went and stood in the drive through and was told for safety reasons I can't be served unless I'm in a vehicle. Guess you don't want my money, thanks for ruining my morning.

Had the best customer service experience with Willis here, my mom was being difficult about one of her drinks and Willis went out of his way to make her the perfect drink.

The air conditioner is out at this current location and the corporation is telling the workers that they have to continue working in 90 + degree fahrenheit conditions. Management has told them that they will fix it tomorrow. It is 100 plus degrees inside and the temperature inside continues to climb. Im encouraging the workers to strike at this point. It is also unsanitary to have people making food and drinks while they are sweating profusely. I hope everyone enjoys their extra salty drinks! These workers are doing such a great job in these hostile work conditions. Absolutely unbelievable of the Starbucks corporation to treat their workers this way.

I am always pleased at Starbucks. First, the employees always greet you with a smile and kindness. Secondly, Starbucks always makes my order correctly, which doesn't happen in alot of take-out food places. Keep it up Starbucks!
The shape of the dining area is a little quirky, and the bathrooms were on past the cleaning supplies room. The restrooms could use some deeper cleaning.
The staff did their job, but didn't appear to enjoy serving the customers.

Appreciate the early open hours and they made my drink so well, which seems to be a hit or miss across multiple states while traveling

Brought my own cup with hot water for preheat since i like HOT coffee. Ordered americano assuming it would be hot, fresh. Baristas not allowed to pour out my hot water nor touch my 'starbucks' brand reusable cup. I paid $3.65 for afresh but luke warm coffee. Had to reload account so now they hold $21+ of my cash until next time. Enough of Starfux.
