Waited for 15 minutes in a drive through for two drinks. Both drinks were WARM by the time I got them, one of the was a Frappuccino and the other was an iced drink but the ice had almost melted completely by the time I got it.

We always appreciate Starbucks. However this Starbucks gives an unfriendly vibe at Susanville, CA Starbucks. Public bathroom closed and the other public bathroom was employee only with no explanation. And when asked to use it, they did not offer use of the bathroom. We were also denied water unless we had our own cup. They begrudgingly gave a small cup of water to us.
