This is my favorite food truck in Amador County and is actually my favorite place to eat as well. Consistency is key and the flavor is fantastic. We have eaten here at least 100 times over the past 8 or so years. The canned sodas are always ice cold and the salsa is spicy. We are always severed limes or lemon, typically grilled onion slices, and a grilled jalapeño. Picked jalapeños are also offered with both red and green salsa. The owner is friendly and attentive. Don't miss out on this spot. The only disappointment is when someone talks me into eating at a different truck.

One of the best local Mexican restaurants is this taco truck. Great burritos and tacos, good tortes, excellent chili relleno and their salsas are very tasty. Highly recommend. In decent weather there are tables to eat on site.

My OG favorite taco truck in Jackson. Their tamales I just couldn't imagine life without them and I've never been disappointed here. They don't wack out their prices like other spots and their food is worthy of doing it. I'm sure they have a lot of loyals. They are truly kind sweet people who run this spot. Doesn't look like an easy job either. Bunch of new spots but this is and always will be my favorite for many reasons
