Really delicious food in a nice restaurant. The staff is so sweet and kind. The only problem is the weird side street they're on is tough to navigate with delivery trucks usually parked right there or people walking down the middle of the road.

Just tried the **Pork Belly Elote Bowl** at Rosa Cocina and *wow* — absolutely incredible! Every bite was packed with bold, smoky, perfectly balanced flavors. The pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with just the right crispy edges, and the roasted corn, creamy elote-style, brought everything together with a slightly sweet, tangy kick. Seriously, I could eat this every day.
And don’t even get me started on the **spicy margaritas** — the perfect combo of heat and citrusy zing. They’ve got just enough kick to keep things interesting without overpowering the flavor. Definitely one of the best spicy margs I’ve had in a long time.
If you haven’t been to Rosa’s Cocina yet, go hungry — and don’t skip the pork belly bowl!

The salsa is delicious that they serve with chips and the food was tasty. The elote had too much mayo or whatever the sauce was but I took it off and the corn was delicious

Good authentic tasting food, a little spicy and everything's is seasoned or enhanced with different versions of Chipotle seasoning and sauces. But I would highly recommend and would easily say it's the best Mexican restaurant in amador county.

Came here for lunch while we were visiting and was pleasantly surprised. I had some smoked pork belly tacos and carnitas tacos, I would have to say these were the tastiest tacos Ive ever had including nixtacos in Roseville. My wife and I had a couple of margaritas and they were excellent as well. The service was great, we will definitely be back !

Staff here is super welcoming and friendly. Good sized food portions and drinks are amazing. Try their Margarita flights. Nice shaded patio outside and they also have a banquet room for big parties of like 20+ people

I've dined here several times and have never been disappointed with the food or service. The carnitas nachos were piled high on a I believe it was a 10 inch plate, and the chicken enchiladas were both very delicious. And the blended margaritas hit the spot on a hot june day.

My family decided to try this place for dinner. We originally took a table inside but it was too hot and the windows didn’t have shades to block the sun so we moved outside to the shaded area. It’s a good thing our food came fast cuz only the first basket of chips and salsa is free. The food was very bland tasting. My wife got the Birria tacos and one of them got too soggy from being next to the beans, the meat was dry and they were completely burnt on one side. Her con-some was basically thick grease with large chunks of onions. The beans didn’t really have any flavor either. I ordered the seafood burrito bowl, which was supposed to have mahi mahi, but instead it had COD and nothing was said from the staff as to why. It was also supposed to have an avocado crema, but instead had sour cream drizzled across it and a scoop of guacamole. The kids chicken taquitos were not kid friendly. They were way too hot to eat, too large for a kid, and only had chunks of chicken inside, which fell out when taking a bite. Total we spent $56 dollars and it was not worth it. Everything was over priced for not being very good. Our server Andre could tell we weren’t satisfied and never once asked us how the food was or anything. When it came time to pay he brought the bill and the hand held device to us and walked away before the bill finished processing. Overall we were not satisfied and won’t be coming back. If I could give 0 stars I would.
