“The chicken is great. The employees could use more training. I always have to wait 15-20 for the chicken because they never have any mild ready.... really???.... atleast I get it fresh. Then for some odd reason they always run out of the bread for the Po Boy..... If you constantly run out maybe order more. That goes back to training the employees better. The manager should know what sells the most and have more of that. Common sense.“

“I'm big on customer service. I've been here a few times since they opened. Yesterday I met an employee worth posting. Wanted to say thank you to, Luis! He showed such great customer service over the phone and in person. He went beyond an employees expectations. There was an older fellow vet. that was using a cain, he helped him walk out the door. They were extremely busy, but he was on top of all the orders, and always, with a smile on his face. Employee like these are hard to find nowadays. Great job!“

“The joy brought to my face when I saw the review under mine by Joseph is indescribable. The “used to work here” really brightened my day because I can only assume Joseph no longer works here because he got fired.? Joseph you’re a grown man so act like it, if you got fired it’s no one’s fault but yours so put on a pair and accept your mistakes. To leave a bad review on your old workplace only because you weren’t good enough for the work is laughable. I hope your future employers catch on to what kind of person your are quick so that they quickly replace you. Anyways this store is a fine establishment I’ve personally seen the manager push her employees to maintain their areas clean and look presentable. I’m sure Joseph didn’t fit the “look presentable” considering the massive hunchback forcing him to walk like a skinwalker but other than him the staff has generally been kind and understanding of any mistakes.“

“I’ve gotten takeout here many times. It’s a little pricey but there are very few places to get vegan and gluten free food in the area. The service is always wonderful and they take care to have your food fresh and hot, and your shakes cold when you arrive to pick up. The photo is the vegan loaded fries.“

In every flavor we have ordered, The bbq chicken is outstanding, always crunchy and juicy. (we haven't tried EVERY flavor. )
The reason I docked one point on service was only because sometimes they're done earlier than they say when ordering online. I recommend the spicy original flavor. It's our favorite!“

“Enjoyed the cheese NY style pizza. Only criticism would be that there was no prosciutto in the piggie smalls panino. Don’t church it up…that’s straight up sliced ham. Would go again for the pizza (gotta try the 8Mile), but would skip the panino.“
