They do not show the price of each dish. But menudo on a rainy day was great and it's every day not like other places when it is weekend only. The hand made tortillas were

I keep going here hoping it'll be excellent. The bathroom is surprisingly clean. But the whole place is run down. And they have this weird poster thing right in the middle. There isn't really a menu, or maybe you just got to know. I usually have the cabeza, but they didn't have any the last time I was there. So I had the cheese enchilada plate and orange jarritos. $17. The table was old and I watched people drive like idiots out the window. First impressions was, yes this is a cheese enchiladas plate. The salsa came in a ziplock bag. It was warm. And I left full and had a massive carb crash. 3 stars
Small place, no AC, no prices on the menu, more expensive than a chain restaurant, the woman who serves is hateful, the place is dirty, but the prices are rude!!
A greasy quesadilla $14, a soda $3.50, I asked for an extra tortilla and they charged $1.50, what a disgusting place! Don't waste your time or your money! DON'T GO!!!
The place is dirty, the menu has no prices, and when you ask they give you faces and they give you everything very expensive, a quesadilla was $14 and I asked for a tortilla and they told me it was $1.50 extra, for a tortilla!!!! What a disgusting place!! Do not come !!!
Pay the woman who is quite hateful,
$14 for the greasy quesadilla which I left more than half of, it was very bad and he still tells me that $3.50 of the soda is missing, so he bothered me and I told him that everything was very expensive and he made fun of me, I will never return to that place!!
It is a super humble little inn, without air conditioning, it looks like a sauna, very small and dirty, but they charge more than Outback or Olive Garden!!! to mention a few places!!
The best menudo in sylmar

Soon as I walked in the owner greeted me she was very nice and she cooks the food from scratch. The caldos are good, burritos are big, their home made salsas are fire!!! Small place but nice.

Caritas and Carne Asada tacos on homemade corn tortillas were awesome and delicious. The habanero salsa had flavor and good heat. Prices were reasonable too. I'll definitely be back.
