Mi Rincón Tapatio is a small, family-owned restaurant with a clean environment and large portions at good prices. The food receives mixed reviews. The best tacos and salsas are highlights, with the Carne Asada tacos and burritos being favorites. The beef burrito with rice beans, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole is extremely good, and both the red and green hot sauce are yummy. However, the beans on the nachos are somewhat flavorless, and the radish and pickled veggies have lost their crunch, with some chips being stale. The lengua was delicious, though the tripa could be crispier. While the tacos are flavorful, everything else feels like an afterthought. The food and service remain elite, making it a place to bring the whole family.
