I found this place because the Presidente and El Chaparral restaurant menus listed them as their tortilla supplier. Consequently, this is not a restaurant, but an office with basically five types of items for sale - frozen tamales by the dozen, masa, dried corn husks (Has anyone shucked corn with husks as big as those found on a tamale?), corn and flour tortillas, and tortilla chips. I super love the chile rellenos. They come frozen in a pack of 12. So you just prepare them how you like at home. I usually do a red sauce then add nopales. I also love the yellow tortillas, but they don't always have them. They have added an herbs and spices section which is nice.
