WOWCalled in today and asked some very basic questions and was passed to different employees and our single person understood any fucking English Please get your shit together, at least have one person working who understands just basic English

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible. Customer service is terrible. I came in to pick up an order that I placed through the app and when I said I was picking up an order, they automatically gave me an attitude and said that they did not have an order for me and that I was at the wrong location. I double checked the SUBWAY® app and I was at the correct location. I showed them my order confirmation. I showed them that my order had gone through and they said that it wasn't their problem because the order wasn't in their system and that my card had probably gotten declined so I showed them through my Apple Pay that the payment went through and they said that there was nothing that they could do to help me. I asked if I could speak to a manager she refused to let me speak to the manager. She also refused to give me the managers name, or any sort of contact of somebody higher than her so I left the store without my order, and I still got charged for it. Subway does not have a way to cancel when you order through the app they don't have a customer service number so I guess I'm gonna have to go through my bank avoid this place at all cost.

I ordered from this location last night, and as you can see, they totally RIPPED ME OFF. I ordered the new monster sandwich, and I got some soggy bread with a few pieces of mystery meat. To say that I am thoroughly PISSED OFF is an understatement. I also have sandwiches sent to my mom, and she rarely gets what I ordered for her, but it's never been this BAD. These lazy employees think they deserve $15 an hour, and they can't even make a damn sandwich!!?? Making SANDWICHES IS THE WHOLE JOB!!!!

I wanted to thank Evelin and her coworkers for such an incredible and great service. We were on a rush and we had an order for 20 people. They were very helpful and made our order ready in less than 20min. Good job girls

It seems the quality has somewhat gone down and prices went up, it's too bad.Parking: Almost no parking at all in the property and street parking only if you were lucky.

Horrible customer service. Went in the morning and was "helped" by Sarahí? I think that's how you spell her name. She looks like she hates her job!!! Was not greeted at all, she didn't even talk. She was annoyed that I came in. Just a very awkward feeling. No way I would go back. Subway DO BETTER at hiring personable people with good customer service skills!!!! Not coming back here
