me and my bestie were just there, faded af, and the guy who helped us was so nice. He gave us extra pickles, laughed with us n everything. So sweet. Lowkey kinda cute too.... Anyways yeah ignore the other reviews who cares it's a subway.
The sandwiches are passable and ordering via the subway app is convenient, but the customer service is bad. Today I used the app to order and when I got there, what they gave me did not match what I ordered (chips instead of cookies) -- which should not be a problem to fix since both are the same price, but they refused to make the substitution, insisting that since the receipt indicated chips, it was not their problem. This was irritating.
