WOW! Absolutely delicious enchiladas and everything else!! I travel through Taft often have been wanting to try La Cima.. boy I’m glad I did!! The restaurant is spotless! It’s a big deal for me.Tables clean, kitchen clean, floors clean- everything looks really tidy and well cared for.. real pride of ownership!! I had the chicken and steak enchiladas and the meat was exceptional- really juicy and tender. The guacamole was so fresh and the salsa is out of this world fresh!! Can’t wait to come back to Taft - this is my new go to.. boy you locals are very fortunate!!

My woman loves this place. We usually get takeout and they are quick, the food is fresh and vibrant. The asada is her go to, I dig the shrimp diabla or the molcajetes.

I stopped in Taft, California for a day on my way from Las Vegas to Death Valley and on to San Francisco. The price here is good and the taste is good. It's the best Mexican food, the servers are fast, and the waitress service is also excellent. I will definitely visit again
